Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Care can be effectively used for many things. For example, to calm the nervous system, to relieve stress and anxiety, to boost immune function, to relieve allergies, to alleviate growing pains and to prevent & relieve sports injuries. It is my belief that chiropractic care can benefit the entire family when used as one element of prevention in a well-rounded plan.
Here are the ways Dr Kay can help you in your journey to find your happiest and healthy self!

Full Spine Adjustments

We feel it is important to take a look at the full picture every time you come to see us. Every adjustment you receive will be a full spine adjustment, starting at your hips and working all the way up the spine.

Meet Dr. Krueger (you can call her Dr. Kay)!

Dr. Kristen Krueger Chiropractic Care Services
Dr. Krueger grew up in the small town of Wiarton Ontario, Canada. With the love and support of her family, she has become the first chiropractor in the Krueger generations. She and her husband enjoy being outdoors (hiking, camping) watching hockey and football, and looking after their new puppy Kara.

She developed a love for people and a passion to serve at a young age by learning from her father a commercial airline pilot and her mother, a banker. She grew up outdoors “oot and aboot” with the moose, hiking in the summertime and enjoying the snow in the winter. At the age of twelve, she began playing competitive ice hockey and fell in love with the comradery of the sport. She suffered a head injury while playing hockey that leads to finding her calling as a chiropractor.

Dr. Kay graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Kinesiology (the study of the human body) at Brock University (St. Catherines, Ontario).

She then moved to Alabama and served the Birmingham community for two years. She is excited to now be in Utah to serve the mountain community! She takes a special interest in adjusting extremities (arms and legs), KT taping, sports chiropractic, and its effects on athletic performance growing up playing sports personally. She is a member of the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association.

“Why I am a Doctor of Chiropractic”

“Because I honor the inborn potential of everyone to be truly healthy.

Because I desire to help the newborn, the aged, and those without hope.

Because I choose to care for the patient with the disease, not the disease.

Because I wish to assist rather than intrude; to free rather than control.

Because I seek to correct the cause and not its effect.

Because I know that doctors do not heal, only the body can heal itself.

Because I have been called to serve others.

Because I want to make a difference.

Because every day I get to witness miracles.

Because I know it’s right”
