We never want to see you go but…
We know life throws its own curve balls sometimes that send us in different directions.
This is a low commitment!
If you need to cancel your membership, the monetary value of the remaining treatment credits will be added to a gift card on file.
*Cancellation form and notification with 14 days notice is required to cancel automatic payments.
Only active memberships receive membership discounts and benefits.
Your remaining treatment credits will be transferred into a gift card.
